ŽENAA is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier to lodge a claim.
While ŽENAA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels, However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Authority to Leave
Australia Post’s delivery service will deliver your order without requiring a signature, using Authority to Leave (ATL). This means that Australia Post will leave your package in a safe location at your address for your convenience.

Please ensure you choose a secure location or a different address if you have concerns about the safety of your parcel.
