- The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt of purchase and your order number is required to process your refund.

The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the item.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your item. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items

Returns
Eligible returns can be returned for store credit.
Exchange
To exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Once the return is processed, we’ll notify you to complete the exchange.
Final Sale Items
All sale items marked down by 50% or more from their original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
